FISH BLEND
Seasons 4-6 servings.
Chop herbs finely.
Add 3/4 of the chopped herbs to a half cup olive oil & blend.
Use the herb/oil blend to coat fish.

Cook fish as desired.

PORK BLEND
Seasons 1 roast or 6-8 chops.
Chop herbs and add to 1 cup olive or cooking oil. Blend in blender for 10 seconds. Coat meat with herb/oil blend. 
Cook pork as desired. When done, cover roast and allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice and spoon pan drippings over meat just before serving.

BEEF BLEND
Seasons 1 prime rib, tenderloin or similar roast.  Chop herbs and add to 1 cup oilve or cooking oil. Blend in blender for 10 seconds. Pour 3/4 of herb mixture onto the beef and coat entirely. Cook beef as desired. BASTE the beef 30 minutes BEFORE DONE with remaining herb mixture.

HAM BLEND
Seasons 1 whole of half ham.
Chop herbs and add to 1 cup cookng oil. Blend in blender for 10 seconds, or whisk by hand. Coat and rub ham thoroughly with herb/oil mixture. Cook as desired. Spoon herb/oil drippings over meat before serving. Serve pan drippings on the side if desired.

MINT JULEP  RECIPE
Needed: 2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, crushed ice, 32 oz bourbon/whisky. Yields 16 servings.  Make syrup by boiling sugar & water for 5 miniutes. Cool. Place in convered container with 7 mint sprigs, refrigerate at least 4 hours. Fill cup with ice. Add 1 tablespoon mint syrup & 2 oz whisky. Garnish with extra mint leaves. Drink responsibly.  Thank you & enjoy.

CHICKEN BLEND
Seasons 1 whole bird.
Chop herbs and add to 1 cup olive or cooking oil. Blend in blender for 5-10 seconds. P our half of herb/oil mixture onto the bird and coat entirely outside and uner skin.  Cook bird as desired.
BASTE bird 30 minutes BEFORE DONE with remaining half of the herb/oil mixture.  Thank you & enjoy.

VEGETABLE BLEND
Seasons 6-8 servings or 1 family-style vegetable dish.
Complements all vegetables, tomatoes & roots. Chop herbs finely, set aside 1/4 of the herb blend. Add remaining herbs to the dish before cooking. Cook as desired.
5 minutes before done, sprinkle remaining herbs atop the dish, finish cooking and serve.

HERBS MADE EASY RECIPES

SHELLFISH BLEND
Seasons 4-6 servings.
Slice lemon grass into thin slices. Strip thyme from stem. Leave bay leaf whole. Add lemon grass, bay leaf and half of the thyme to the shellfish stock/base at the beginning of cooking process. Cook as desired. When done, garnish shellfish with teh remaining thyme.
